My collection of Hotwheels catalogs includes multiple copies from different issues and countries. I’ve scanned the main cars pages here as a reference for my collection. I’ve split the galleries into the main classes as named in the 1970 catalog.
The first release of HotWheels cars were portrayed in this small leaflet. The leaflet is a USA printing. I also have an Australian printing in my collection.

The catalog refers to the '69 models but the catalog was printed in 1968 and the next catalog is clearly identified as 1969. So for clarity I call this the 1968 catalog.
The pictures were not as well done as the first or later catalogs.
I think the background colours were a bit much and detract from the model images.
I've only scanned the car pages as I want to reference those as I document my collection.
The last few pages feature various track sets.
The 1969 catalog was a vast improvement over the 1968 one. The cars feature more than the background image.
Shows earlier issued models but in different colours.
The AMX and Mercedes appear to be prototype images rather than production models.
Prototype pictures of the Police Cruiser, Continental, Volkswagen Beach Bomb and the Maserati Mistral. At least they appear to be with the windows blanked out.

A prototype Charger appears on the last car page. Page 13 shows the Spectraflame colours and although it is print media the colours are a close match.
