This gallery of other toys uncommon materials and makes includes a lot of random stuff that I have come across.
Specifically I am including Galanite (Vinyl / Plastic) and Auburn Rubber (Rubber based toys) which relate to two items in this gallery.

This one is probably a Galanite model from Sweden. The bracing in the casting is unusual but typical of the Galanite make.
The body mould includes solid cast windows and appropriate outline detail for the boot and lights. The only marking is 'Sweden' and where it should have Galanite, it is blank.
A close up of the yellow plastic wheels mounted to the axle with a machine turned end to the axle. The wheels have a tread like moulding to the inner and outer edges of the block style wheel with integral rim and tyre.
A stylised 1957 Ford Ranchero which I previously thought was a Chevrolet El Camino utility tray or pickup. Similar in style to a Tomte Lardal model from Norway but cast differently.
The body is distorted but it is still an interesting contrast to the excellent Dinky Toys Chevrolet El Camino model.
Marked as Made in U.S.A with a number 6 or 9 depending on which way you read it. The yellow plastic wheels are thin and treadless.
