Many of the UK Cereal Toys were made by Crescent Toys in the UK. Some are similar to our R&L Cereal Toys in Australia. The Noddy toys are only UK to my understanding.
From UK advertising the Noddy series moulds were used for promotions for Kelloggs Ricicles in the late 1950’s and twice more around 1964 and 1967.
I think most of the figures that I have will be from one or the other 1960’s series. That said, there are no markings to distinguish when the figures were issued. There are slight colour variations which suggest one or the other colour was from a specific year, but no records that I have found provide a guide for the issue year.
Noddy & Big Ears were always red, while Mr. Plod and Golly were in blue, and Tubby Bear & Fluffy Cat were in yellow or a darker orange shade.
