The white tyres or tires, depending on which side of the pond you are on, featured on the American Dinky Toy models. I guess as a reference to the favoured white walls of the era.
This Dinky 191 Dodge Royal Sedan in pale green with a dark blue green flash on the rear side fins.
It has been pre loved and the tyres are replacements but otherwise original and too good to repaint.
