Ross Plastics were, and still are apparently, a Melbourne based plastics manufacturer. They made at least two toys that I have found including a boat that is in my collection and a Jeep that was posted on Trade-Me in NZ a little while ago.

A simple two-piece plastic injection moulded boat. Probably made as a bath-time toy.
The model is nicely made with clean edges and relief work.
The cabin interior shows a moulded steering wheel and seats with trimming.
The cabin floor has the embossed branding for Ross Plastics Melbourne, Another West End Product.
