Marquis Plastic Toys were produced in Australia in the 1950’s and included model cars and at least one train in a similar size or scale to Dinky, Corgi or Micro Models of the era.
While I do not have any Marquis Toys in my collection (yet) the pictures here provide some examples of the range. My thanks to David Daw for allowing me to view and photograph his items, in particular the boxed Marquis Toys train set.
